My absolute favorite makeup items are my eyeliners by Stila. In the smudge stick version I have stingray (black), purple tang, and peacock (blue.)
However, I only wear them occasionally because they are $20 bucks a piece!!! I was on the hunt for an every day liner that could compare.
The more experiences I have with the NYX brand, the more convinced I am becoming with its ability to produce great products for a low price.
NYX's retractable eye liner acts similarly. It's waterproof and it stays on all day, even in the tear line. The best part is that you can choose from a variety of colors for only $4.50 a piece!
So, as far as having great Stila liner substitutes, I'm going to hand it to NYX.
